IMPORTANT: NOTICE OF REPRESENTATION FORM

Dear Petitioners,

To continue working on your case as part of the AirBit Club compensation process, each petitioner must complete and sign the Notice of Representation form.

This is a required form confirming that you authorize ARGA to represent your interests and submit information on your behalf in connection with the AirBit Club compensation process.

The form must be completed in English.

A completed sample form with explanations is attached below. Please complete your form by following the sample.

HOW TO COMPLETE THE NOTICE OF REPRESENTATION FORM

HOW TO COMPLETE AND SIGN THE FORM

2. Print the form, fill it out by hand, sign it, then scan or take a clear photo of the signed form and send it.

The most important thing is that the form must be completed clearly, in English, and must be signed.

Please attach the completed and signed Notice of Representation form to your full document package and send everything together to:

August 10, 2026

Please do not delay completing the form. If the form is not submitted on time, this may delay the review of your materials and the further processing of your case.
